Join us for our " Chefs & Cider" series with Gary Fleener. Gary is the resident ecologist at Hog Island Oyster Company and ran a sustainable catering business called GeographersKitchen. Gary will demonstrate how to properly shuck, prepare and eat these beautiful oysters while we learn about the restoritive effects these shellfish have on our waterways and oceans.
